Proper mental health care is incredibly important while navigating depression and anxiety and working towards recovery or remission. At the same time, I believe that the physical recovery from depression and anxiety is just as important as the mental one. I want people to know that you don’t have to wait until you’re mentally 100% to start prioritizing your physical health. The two go hand in hand, and that’s why I’ve created a system that supports you on both good days and bad. Show up as you are, and we’ll navigate it together.
